These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Royal Removal Services website and the services provided by Royal Removal Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
I. Services Provided
Royal Removal Services offers residential valet trash collection and related services, including (but not limited to) doorstep waste pickup, office and lobby cleaning, and bulk trash removal for multi-family apartment complexes and commercial properties across North Carolina and South Carolina.
Services are offered under individual contracts with property management companies, HOAs, or directly with tenants where applicable.
II. Customer Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:

Properly bag and tie all trash in standard 13-gallon bags (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Place trash out during designated service hours (as stated in your community’s service agreement or posted guidelines).

Avoid placing hazardous, oversized, or unapproved items (e.g., liquids, glass, electronics, furniture) in trash containers unless prior arrangements are made.

Keep trash containers clean, odor-free, and in good condition to facilitate proper service.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a missed pickup or additional service fees.
III. Service Access and Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service or delay pickup in the event of:

Obstructions, safety hazards, or inclement weather;

Excessive trash not in accordance with the service agreement;

Failure to comply with posted community rules or our stated requirements.
Our team operates during designated service windows, and pickups will be made as scheduled unless otherwise notified. Missed pickups due to customer noncompliance may not be refunded.
IV. Payment Terms
All service fees are outlined in the customer’s signed agreement or contract. Payment terms are as follows:

Residents: Fees may be billed through your property manager, directly, or included in rent.

Property Managers/HOAs: Payment is due according to the invoicing schedule stated in the service agreement (typically monthly or quarterly).
Late payments may incur late fees or service interruption.
V. Cancellation and Termination

Residents: Individual cancellation policies may vary depending on the terms of the agreement with your community.

Property Managers: Contracts may be terminated in accordance with the notice and terms stated in the signed agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated, payments are not received, or unsafe conditions exist.
VI. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, branding, graphics, text, layout) is owned or licensed by Royal Removal Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from our website without our prior written consent.
VII. Limitation of Liability
Royal Removal Services will not be liable for:

Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services;

Damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence;

Delays in service due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies, third-party interruptions).
Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the most recent billing cycle.
VIII. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.
IX. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
X. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of those states.
XI. SMS/MMS Messaging
Program & Purpose
With your consent, Royal Removal Services may send SMS/MMS messages (the “Program”) to your mobile number for service notifications (e.g., schedule updates, weather delays), account or billing notices, customer support, and—if you separately opt in—marketing and promotional messages.
Consent & Enrollment
You consent to receive messages when you (a) provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in on a form, contract, or digital checkbox, (b) text a keyword we provide, or (c) otherwise give written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase and you may use our services without opting in to marketing texts. Messages may be sent using automated technology (including auto-dialers).
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Recognized opt-out keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation text and then cease messaging from that Program (except as permitted or required for fraud, safety, or legal notices).

Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies. We do not charge you to receive messages, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You are responsible for any such charges.
Carriers & Delivery
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and availability may change without notice.
Transactional vs. Marketing Messages
If you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send transactional or service-related texts reasonably necessary to provide the services you’ve requested (e.g., urgent schedule updates), as permitted by law.
Your Responsibilities
Do not include sensitive information in text messages. If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to promptly notify us to prevent messages from being sent to the wrong person.
Data Use
We may process your mobile number and related metadata (e.g., consent status, delivery logs, opt-out records) to operate the Program, troubleshoot, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records. We may share this information with trusted service providers strictly to deliver and manage messaging, subject to confidentiality obligations. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Eligibility
Participation is intended for U.S. users 18+. By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and have authority to consent.
Changes to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or update these SMS/MMS terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Your continued participation after changes signifies acceptance.
